Services Scope

USA Debris Cleaners provides roll-off dumpster rentals for construction debris, roofing shingles, concrete, and estate cleanouts. Our standard sizes include 10, 20, 30, and 40 cubic yard containers. Each rental includes a set tonnage allowance before overage charges apply at the certified landfill scale. Driveway protection boards are placed under container rails to prevent surface damage.

Excluded items include tires, batteries, paint, and refrigerants banned under federal and state hazardous waste rules. Concrete-only loads require separate disposal at a clean fill or recycling facility. Fire-damaged debris may require asbestos testing under NESHAP rules before transport. HOA rules and municipal codes in Akron may restrict dumpster placement duration and require a right-of-way permit for street placement.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments for delivery and pickup are scheduled by phone or online. Same-day delivery is often available if booked before noon. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Scope changes, such as upgrading to a larger container or extending the rental period, must be approved before the change takes effect.

If a driver cannot place the dumpster due to blocked access or an unapproved location, a dry run fee may apply. Late fees begin after the standard 7- to 10-day rental period ends. Customers are responsible for obtaining any required street placement permits from the local municipal code enforcement office.

Estimates and Payment

Quotes are based on container size, estimated weight, and rental duration. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. A deposit may be required for same-day or emergency deliveries. If the actual weight exceeds the included tonnage allowance, overage fees are billed per ton over the limit as weighed at the certified landfill scale.

Scope changes that affect weight or disposal type may adjust the final price. Concrete-only loads and heavy debris require a separate rate. USA Debris Cleaners does not offer financing or payment plans.

Workmanship Warranty

USA Debris Cleaners stands behind the placement and pickup of its roll-off dumpsters. If a container damages a driveway surface due to improper placement, we will repair or replace the affected area. This warranty does not cover pre-existing cracks, asphalt scuffs from heavy loads, or damage caused by customer loading methods.

Coverage is void if the dumpster is used for prohibited items, overloaded beyond the fill line, or moved by the customer after delivery. Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of pickup.

Liability Limits

USA Debris Cleaners’ liability is limited to the total cost of the rental service. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions on the property, including underground utilities, irrigation lines, or septic systems. Customers are responsible for marking any buried lines before delivery.

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or landfill closures. If a prohibited item is placed in the dumpster, the customer assumes all disposal costs and any fines from the landfill or local code enforcement. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
